Job Description Summary

Teach courses as assigned by the Department Chair.

Temporary faculty in the following areas: biology; chemistry; communication science and disorders; dietetics; English; family relations; foreign languages (French, German, Spanish); geography; geology; history; human development; mathematics; physics, political science; psychology; social work; sociology; and several other disciplines.

The Adjunct Instructor for the College of Arts and Sciences serves as an official representative of the University, promoting a positive first-impression by adopting and demonstrating a collegial, customer-service approach to students, parents, faculty, staff and other members of the University community.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in teaching discipline or equivalent in professional experiences.
