General Description

Phonathon Team members support University Advancement with fundraising efforts.

Essential Job Duties

Telephone potential donors and financial supporters to solicit funds for scholarships, building projects, and other University initiatives.

Contact alumni, donors, and friends of the University to acknowledge their gifts.

Call alumni to extend invitations to events.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Advanced verbal communication skills are essential to this position.

Excellent customer service skills and ability to develop rapport with patrons.

Must be reliable and dependable to the Phonathon Team.

Competent with basic computer skills.

Preferred Major Communication, Mass Communication, Business, Art, Elementary Education, English
