General Description

Facilitate the check-out of camera, lighting, sound, and other equipment.

Essential Job Duties

1. Provide friendly assistance to Mass Communication students, faculty, and staff

2. Follow check-out guidelines and procedures under the direction of the Student Equipment Manager

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or GED equivalent

1 year customer service experence, preferred.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

1. Employee must be able to handle a fast-paced environment

2. Self-directed and able to work on an independent basis

3. Ability to multi-task

4. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and a good attitude

Preferred Major Mass Communication or Communication Studies
